Bonjour Louis Vuitton! Review and unboxing

Like a child at Christmas probably doesn't quite cover how excited I was when I saw the FedEx guy pull up!! And then when he took 10 minutes to get out the van I was very nearly out of control ;-P

So the parcel arrived and I lay it down on my floor. Massive box! Sealed really well.

I open the box and find inside a gorgeous brown Louis Vuitton Box with a tie ribbon and envelope on top. This box is stunning and if you were sending this as a gift to someone, trust me they would not be disappointed!

As I open the box lid to find the dust bag inside I was super excited. Half of me wanted to rip the bag out of the protective sleeve and the other half of me wanted to savour every moment. Dramatic? Maybe, but hey- I was excited!

 

Upon getting the bag out I was not disappointed! It is truly stunning and so classic! So glad I went for the large bag. I had a play with it to try all the ways you can shape it and looked inside which is just as beautiful.

And then tried it for size!!

Overall the bag is gorge! So well made and classic, very practical and a great size. Everyone says how big it is like it is MAHHOSIV but I think it is perfect. I am tall, 5 foot 11 so its fab for me, but even on a petite frame it would look lovely.
Fabulous pocket inside for all your bits and super strong handles. The leather detailing like the straps and pull in straps are said to patina with age and only get better- so I cant wait!

10/10 Louis Vuitton- so glad I purchased. And now I am off to use the bag! Bags first outing- WOOP!

Costume Jewellery- My flavours of the month!

Gems, diamantes, pearls, chains and beads! I love everything about a good piece of costume jewellery. I have tons of jewellery and go through phases with favourite items. At the moment I have a few items that I keep wearing and throwing on with many different outfits. Below are my May/June faves!

 Tesco Florence & Fred 'jade' chunky stretchy bangle-
LOVE LOVE LOVE this bracelet! It looks so expensive and everyone comments on it. Goes with evening attire and casuals! Bargain at £8!

 



Unknown brand- set of 3 diamante rings, copper, silver and dark grey
These look fab on and although they are not real silver or gold, they look super luxurious! I see lots of people with real eternity/wedding rings like this...as I am a newly wed and my band is simple and stunning- these give me a bit of OTT bling that we all, yes all, love!

 

 

 

 Primark Aqua earrings- Chandelier style
Always get these out when I go on holiday as they look great with a tan! Love how big they. They dress up any simple outfit and they were an absolute bargain at £4ish pounds. Only slight downfall is they are quite heavy! But worth it.

 

 

Little Nell collection of necklaces- Stag antlers in gold, Crescent moon necklace and Star necklace

A fabulous company that sells gorgeous jewellery and scarves. The range is small but some beautiful pieces. Really reasonably priced (the below range from just £6- £10) and so individual. The Real Bag Lady!

We all love bags right? Well I do.....a lot! I have so many bags and purses in all different colours, styles, shapes, materials. Old, new, vintage the works! I am known by my friends as 'the bag lady'. Simply because I never EVER travel light!

 

I wanted to do a 'Top 5' list of my favourite bags I own/will be owning soon! So here goes....


Cambridge Satchel- Canary Yellow
Recently brought this and I love it! A show stopper bag, very old school and so well made.

 

Zara mini sparkle clutch- diamantes

Had my eye on this for ages and New Year I got it! Stunning. So pretty and so sparkly! What more could a girl want!

Zara large Braided Shopper Bag- Tan
LOVE this so much! Fits so much in. Goes with everything and looks amazeballs! Comes in black and tan and such a good investment leather bag, totally timeless!

Primark Shoulder strap bags- Tan and Black
Brought these 2 bags for less than £8 each and so fab for on holidays or nights out! Look super good quality and go with so many things! Bargain alert!

Louis Vuitton Neverfull GM- Monogram
This is on order and on way to me as we speak! So excited! First high end designer bag. This is a HUGE bag and very versatile and I cannot wait!

Firstly Welcome! Thanks for taking the time to read my blog.

I wanted to keep the introduction short and sweet as we all know how boring those long drawn out intros can be! So here goes….a little petite information about me.

I am 26, female and live in the UK. I love fashion, beauty, travel, reading, writing, music and food! My life is filled with fabulous family and friends and a very loving husband and puppy!
